Vinification: Naturally frozen Vidal grapes are hand harvested at -10°C. Pressed frozen, releasing only one drop of pure extract from each grape. Fermentation is performed at a cool temperature to retain fruit concentration. The wine is aged 100% in stainless steel. Alcohol 11.0% Acid Level: 10.2g/l Sugar level: 216g/l
