- Food Matching: This is a wine for consuming relatively young, with lighter foods like charcuterie and salads. If possible, drink it outdoors!
- Vineyard: The beautiful Boudalles vineyard on the slopes of the Mont Ventoux near Carpentras supplies the grapes for this wine. Soils are sandy clay and very well drained.
- Vinification: After each of the varieties is separately hand-picked, the grapes are de-stalked followed by 8 days of fermentation at 26C with daily pumping over and delestages. Six months of ageing in stainless steel follow, before bottling and release.
