Vineyard: Named after the wide range of altitudes of the 110 hectares of prime calcareous marl terroir which IXSIR uses across the Lebanon between 800 and 1700 metres above sea level.
Vinification: Manual night harvests in crates of 18kg and transport to the ultra sleek hi-tech winery in Basbina in temperature-controlled trucks. Gentle crushing and de-stalking. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Restricted ageing period in used oak barrels.
