- Vineyard: From incredible terroirs are located at the crossroads of the Agly terraces, straddling the villages of Rivesaltes and Salses-le-Château. The soil, mostly calcareous clay, with schistous rubble and siliceous pebbles, is remarkably favourable to the production of wines of very high quality.
- Vinification: The grapes, left to mature to the maximum, are harvested by hand early in the morning to preserve the aromas, then selected and destemmed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and alcohol is added in the 'mutage' (fortification) process to the whole grapes during fermentation.
