- Vineyard: Clay-limestone to deep loamy soils, vineyards selected as suitable for Sauvignon Blanc in 2 regions: the South West and the Languedoc. Average age of the vines are 10 - 20 years with yield: 50 - 60hL / ha.
- Vinification: Grapes allowed to macerate on skins for 8-12 hours and cold stored at 8/10 ° C for a few days then Pneumatically pressed.
