Vineyard: Rocky soil with slate, quartz and clay. The Vineyard sits between 450 and 700 meters above sea level, with very little rain, strong winds and a lot of sun. The fruit is harvested at night.
Vinification: This textured red has been aged 8 months in oak barels.
