Vineyard: Bodegas Principe de Viana controls 900 hectares of vineyards in Murchante. The bodega and its vineyards are only 20 km away from Moncayo, a 2,316-metre high mountain that results in a local microclimate with very cold winters and very hot summers. The soils offer an ideal mixture of gravel and clay ensuring good water retention whilst avoiding drainage problems.
Vinification: Principe de Viana take very special care during the winemaking process, keeping temperature of both the cellar and the tanks under control at all times, and adjusting it to each wine so as to preserve the character of every grape variety.
