- Vineyard: The vineyards are located close to the historic medievel city of Carcassonne on gently sloping, South West facing hills. Laid to vine there are just over 400 hectares all under the careful watch of LGI one of France's largest and most reliable coopertaives.
- Vinification: The La Place wines are produced exclusively for Enotria Winecellars in the vineyards of the South West and Southern France. Every December our buying team visits these regions and specially selects and blends the best parcels available. The wines are made using the very latest winemaking techniques to produce modern, forward, fruity wines, designed for immediate drinking.
