Fruit-filled, beautifully balanced Pinot Gris from Waipara on New Zealand's South Island, offering a mouthful of honeysuckle, sweet pear and stone fruit and a beguiling creaminess on the palate.

- Food Matching: Great with pork dishes, especially a slow roasted pork belly or asian cuisine that is lightly spiced.
- Vinification: The grapes were hand harvested. Pressing was whole bunch with only the free run and lightest of pressings used. Traditional 100% barrel fermentation in old French oak with extended lees contact and stirring. After a period of 12 months in barrel the wine was fined using natural products and carefully filtered for bottling.
