- Vineyard: Hand picked fruit from hand pruned vines located in the hamlet of Ebeneezer in the North of the Barossa Valley. Hand picked fruit from hand pruned vines. These Shiraz vines are 20 years old.
- Vinification: Fermented with indigenous yeast in open fermenters. Gently basket pressed and them matured in seasoned French oak.
